It's the Radio Disney version of "Bite It You Scum", by GG Allin. As a keen fan of Disney cartoons, he managed to convince directors Ron Clements and John Musker to feature it on the 1992 blockbuster animation film "Aladdin". The song was re-recorded in 1991 to match Disney's high standards of sound quality, right after GG was released from prison.
However, disagreements about copyrights caused the song to be left out of the film, even though it was few years later released on the "Aladdin: Director's cut" extended version.
GG Allin stayed hopeful to make a new contract with Disney to feature his song on another full-length animation. Sadly, before his plans were fulfilled, "GG Aladdin" died from heroin overdose in June 1993.
